Whether it's a slow drip that finally gave out or a sudden flood at midnight, Concho residents call one number and get a real answer. We built our Concho dispatch around speed, because every extra hour of standing water costs more to repair.
Hirex Water Damage didn't start as a franchise looking for a new zip code to expand into — it started because Concho homeowners kept describing the same frustrating experience: a national hotline, a long hold, and a subcontractor nobody vetted. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Our lead technicians hold IICRC water restoration certification and have worked jobs ranging from a single soaked bedroom to a fully flooded commercial floor, which is why Emergency Water Damage in Concho is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. We carry full liability coverage and hold active licensing to operate throughout Concho, OK.
Equipment lives in a Concho-area warehouse rather than being trucked in from three counties over, which shortens arrival time considerably.
Anyone in Concho who's had a mid-night plumbing failure knows that every extra minute of standing water means more material soaked through. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
Staying current on restoration techniques matters as much in Concho as the equipment itself, which is why training isn't a one-time certification and done.
The Concho jobs that end up gutting a room almost always started quiet, not with a flood. Here's what tells our team a Concho property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along, get ahead of it now — our Concho dispatcher will tell you honestly whether it's urgent or something we can schedule.
From a single flooded closet to a three-story commercial building, our Concho crews scale the response to match the actual damage. Each item on this list corresponds to an actual step in our process, not a generic label.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors built to clear a flooded Concho room before water soaks deeper into the subfloor. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans rely on moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden Concho moisture is trapped, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
For Concho families, our scope covers flood-cut work, subfloor evaluation, and packing out belongings that can be cleaned and restored, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
For commercial Concho accounts, we assign a lead, run crews outside normal hours to limit downtime, and size equipment to the actual footprint — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Concho get handled under strict Category 3 protocol from containment through documented disposal.
We treat affected materials during every Concho job specifically to lower mold risk, and flag anything that needs deeper remediation.
You'll see a written estimate before any equipment runs on your Concho property, not a mystery total after the fact.
Local staging inside Concho typically puts a tech at your door quickly, not after a long drive across the region.
We document every Concho job with photos and moisture logs and can speak directly with your adjuster.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider any Concho job done, and getting there again is on us.
Our Concho team asks just enough to send the right-sized crew, not a generic single technician every time.
A licensed technician heads to your Concho address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We extract immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where Concho drying equipment needs to go.
We re-check moisture daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records.
Every Concho job closes based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say so. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put the guarantee directly on the work order for every Concho job, in writing. If a follow-up visit is ever needed, we send a technician familiar with the original job whenever scheduling allows, so you're not re-explaining the situation to someone new.
We built this guarantee because Concho property owners deserve more than a verbal assurance that a job is done — they deserve proof.
